Mr Nick Oligbo
Mr Nick Oligbo – FRCOG
Mr Nick Oligbo is a consultant Gynaecologist and Divisional Director for Women and Child Health at the James Paget University Hospital who specialises in the management of female urinary incontinence as well as pelvic organ prolapse. He is also very experienced in the management of women with menstrual problems and pelvic pain. He has been a consultant Gynaecologist at the James Paget University hospital since 2001.
Mr Oligbo treats patients privately both at the Coastal Clinic and the Spire Hospital in Norwich. He completed his general medical training at University College Hospital and then went on to undertake his Gynaecological training in North East London at St Bart’s and Homerton Hospitals when he worked in various London Hospitals including the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead before moving to Norfolk.
Mr Oligbo has presented and published widely in Gynaecology both nationally and internationally and is also well known for his communication skills. He currently facilitates communication skills training for senior surgical consultants and cancer specialists nationwide.
Mr Oligbo is a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists where he sits on the patient information committee and is a member of the International Continence Society as well as the international Urogynaecological Association.
